TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOSPITAL

• Hospitals should pay salaries to doctors on time as they mention on the offer letter.
• Hospitals should provide all allowances which they agreed to give to doctors.
• Hospitals should provide a positive working environment for doctors to work, support them in any emergency situations and give them safety guarantees.
• If the hospital provides accommodation to doctors then it's their responsibility to give complete information about surroundings and nearby areas of the place.
• If any doctor leaves the hospital before 3 months with a valid reason then MEDJAKK will provide replacement only to the same designated doctor
• If the doctor leaves due to internal problems or issues of the hospital or the hospital removes/terminates the doctor then MEDJAKK is not responsible and will not provide any replacement.
• Once the doctor visits the hospital and receives a joining letter/agreement, the hospital must pay MEDJAKK's fees on the same day.
• If any doctor accepts the offering letter but fails to join the hospital within the given period, then the hospital must not be allowed to hire such doctors for the next 2 years.
• If a hospital meets any doctor through MEDJAKK and the hospital refuses to hire that doctor, then the hospital cannot hire the same doctor for the next 24 months. Later if MEDJAKK found that the hospital was hiring or working with the same doctor then it's a case of fraud with MEDJAKK and MEDJAKK has the right to file a case against the hospital.
