TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DOCTORS

Before agreeing to a bond/contract of the company one should read terms and conditions carefully.
• Doctors should join and leave his/her work on time, and maintain work punctuality.
• Doctor should be committed towards his/her work and do it with full dedication and honesty.
• Doctors should make themselves available in emergencies at hospital.
• Doctors should not be involved in any kind of political affairs and social issues in the hospital.
• Doctors should not be attending any other business related works during his/her working hours.
• If any accommodation provided by hospital that must only be used for living purposes but not for any business purpose or illegal activities.
• In case a doctor wants to quit job. Then he/she must serve 2 months notice and vice versa to the hospital.
• If any doctor visits the hospital through MEDJAKK but refuses to join, then he cannot join the same hospital for the next 24 months. In case MEDJAKK found that the same doctor is joining the same hospital without any information to MEDJAKK then it will be taken as cheating or fraud to MEDJAKK. In such cases the doctor is guilty and MEDJAKK has all the authority to file a case against the doctor and can sue him/her at court.
• If the doctor joins the hospital and leaves before 3 months and does the same with every other hospital then MEDJAKK can take punishable actions against the doctor, like the company can blacklist the doctor or can file a case against them or the doctor have to pay a fine.
• If the doctor break hospital's rules and gets terminated then MEDJAKK will not be responsible for any arising problems or issues.
• If the doctor is caught doing any malpractices/loss/damage of the hospital's property then it's not MEDJAKK’s responsibility. In such cases hospitals have all the rights to take action against the doctor.
